We are a small start up company based in Springfield Lakes, Queensland. We plan to provide home based cleaning services to customers in Springfield Lakes and the surrounding areas.

We are seeking a virtual assistant to support the administrative functions of the business. This person will be central to the effective operation of our customer service and booking team.
This opportunity will suit somebody who is keen to work from home and is happy to deal with customers by phone and email.
Key tasks for this role include:
Providing customer service to our customers and potential customers by email and phone
Scheduling cleaning teams to meet customer bookings requirements
Assisting with marketing activities where possible, including following up on potential customer enquiries
We want to work this arrangement a little differently and will require flexibility. Our customers expect to reach us between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. However, we do not expect this demand to be large or busy, as we are just starting out. This means that the successful person must be willing to answer phone calls between these hours and manage email and bookings as necessary.
This role would suit a stay at home type who is happy to balance other responsibilities - perhaps you are a stay at home parent looking to balance some work responsibilities or a student trying to balance work and study.
We require the successful person to work under an ABN and operate more as a contractor/consultant than an employee. This will provide for the flexibility required by the role.
