*Customer Service
*Cash Handling
*Cashing up tills
*Making coffee
*Running a small team
*Reporting to the Assistant Manager/Manager
*Time Management
*Delegating tasks to casuals
*Stock-take and ordering products
*Dealing with complaints
*Up-selling products
*Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
*punctual, reliable, Avaailable anytime expecially weekends
Desired skills and experience:
*Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
*Experience in a supervisor role in hospitality or cafe environment
*Own vehicle
Position:
*around2-3 supervisor shifts and other 2-3 barista shifts
*4-6shifts/week, around 20-38hours, permanent part time position
