33yr old Male, single, clean, friendly, recently arrived back in Aus from backpacking south america and asia. I own a workshop in Springwood so running my business keeps me occupied most days. Looking to get a place down the coast soon so my time will be split between this house and the unit. I have a 10yr old son who has his own room and visits every 2nd week.
